How do I get a refund?
If you paid for a course and your schedule changes, we can either reschedule you or process a refund directly to your initial payment method before the actual course start date.
What languages do you offer your courses in?
All are courses are offered in English for now
What certificate will I get after completing your course
For each course, you will earn a certificate of completion detailing learning outcomes. It will also state how many PDs/CDUs earned, to support your certification and re-certification needs for the ECBA™, CCBA®, or CBAP® from IIBA® and other relevant certification bodies.
